Who started this whole thing. The reason Paul already has a co-ownership share in the park strip. The reason the Clover Rd corridor exists in its current form at all. Started with wife Cidneye and partner Phillip Preston Cook.

(1) A working well on the first parcel on Clover Rd — 110 Clover Rd (R-55648, Johnny C Shih). Currently supplies water to 183.
(2) A second supply from Cindy Donley’s tract (107 Ladybug · R-23756 · 12.39 ac).
Either supply alone is risky; both together provide redundancy. Any 183-acquisition deal needs both water-share rights spelled out in writing, recorded.

The Johnson Strip family network.
Multi-generation Black-landowner family · the back acreage behind 183.The park runs along Cedar Creek behind 183 and is the access feature that connects the Clover Rd parcels to the creek frontage and the back acreage. Paul already controls a piece of this through Godkin’s gift — there is no acquisition required. The other co-owners are neighbors, not adversaries.
- 2024-09-16: Matt & Teresa Harmon arrested by U.S. Marshals on felony retaliation for threats against a Williamson County judge. Both held in Bastrop County Jail, $1M bond each.
- Underlying case: Son Clinton Harmon shot ex-wife Britni Harmon (11 times) and her boyfriend Christopher Stewart (2 times) in Liberty Hill, March 2024. Britni and Christopher both recovered. Clinton sentenced to 32 years for attempted capital murder.
- Conspiracy: Per WCSO, a family meeting in Bastrop, July 2023, planned the shooting + judge-killing using fentanyl and "thugs from Austin." Matt quoted: "I’ll do 10–20 (years) to get that grandbaby."
- Teresa Harmon — tried & convicted in Bastrop County 21st District Court. Filed appeal · Texas Third Court of Appeals · Case 03-24-00712-CR · memorandum opinion issued 2025-01-31. After conviction she would have been transferred to a TDCJ women’s unit; current facility lookup at offender.tdcj.texas.gov.
- Matthew Harmon — trial status not public: No conviction or sentencing reported in news media as of this writing. Likely paths: (a) still pre-trial in Bastrop County Jail; (b) tried and convicted but not yet reported. Verify via Bastrop County District Clerk (804 Pecan St, Bastrop · 512-549-5300) or TDCJ inmate search.
- Practical effect on R-22475: Matt cannot directly transact while in custody. Power of attorney or family member would have to sign. The "(ETAL)" co-owners — including Paul — can act independently on their own shares.
